SMS Terms and Messaging Policy

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
CAAR Enterprises LLC, doing business as CamTalk Solutions, operates an SMS messaging program for consumers who request information about residential broadband internet services. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from CamTalk Solutions at the phone number you provided.
MESSAGE TYPES
Transactional messages include inquiry confirmations, appointment reminders, service availability updates, account notifications, and broadband service order updates. Message frequency: up to 10 messages per month.
Marketing messages, if separately consented to, include promotional offers, new service announcements, and company updates. Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
OPT-IN METHODS
Consumers may opt in to receive SMS messages from CamTalk Solutions through the following methods:
- By submitting the broadband service inquiry form at camtalksolutions.io/broadband and checking the SMS consent box.
- By submitting a Meta Facebook or Instagram lead form that includes explicit consent to receive calls and texts.
- By texting our number 786-422-5806 with a service inquiry. Texting us constitutes opt-in for response messaging.
- By verbally providing consent during a phone call with a CamTalk Solutions specialist.
OPT-OUT METHODS
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message received from us. Opt-out is free and effective immediately upon receipt of our confirmation message. To opt out of marketing messages only while keeping transactional messages, reply STOP MARKETING. NO THIRD-PARTY SHARING
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is not sold, rented, leased, or transferred to any outside party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you consented to receive. The only exception is our SMS service providers, including Twilio and LeadConnector, who process messages on our behalf under contract and are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages you send or receive. Message frequency may vary based on your engagement and consent. Please consult your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.
CARRIER DISCLAIMER
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and Boost Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
